Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location was top-notch, just minutes away from Times Square and Central Park. We were able to walk everywhere and easily explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with my son who has Autism. They made us feel welcome and remembered us each day. Our room on the 33rd floor had breathtaking views of the city and was comfortable and clean. The amenities like the fridge and microwave were a great convenience. The cost was reasonable considering the prime location. We would definitely stay here again, it was our second time and we were very satisfied with our experience. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a bank and supermarket within a short walk. Everything we needed was within easy reach.

That the lift was temporarily out of service when we arrived. This was a minor inconvenience, but the receptionist could have been more friendly and informed us about the $50 deposit beforehand.
